1. Preheat baking oven to 200C. / Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 200C.
2. Bake pie for 10 - 15 minutes. Ready when pastry is golden brown in colour. / Bakar pai selama 10 - 15 minit. Sedia dihidang apabila pastri berwarna perang keemasa.
- Apply egg wash before baking to get even colour and glossy appearance./ Sapukan kuning telur yang telah dipukul ke atas pastri pai sebelum dibakar untuk meghasilkan warna yang sekata dan berkilat.
