INGREDIENTS

  • Kart’s Paratha 1 piece
  • Marina Beef Burger ‘Salisbury Steak’ 100g
  • Onion (diced) 60g
  • Seri Murni Eggs 2
  • Mother’s Choice Cheese 1 slice
  • Chilli Powder 2g
  • Chinese Celery (chopped) 10g
  • White Pepper 2g
  • Salt 2g
  • Seri Murni Cooking Oil as needed

METHOD:

  • In a bowl, add egg, minced beef burger, diced onion, salt, white pepper, chinese celery and chilli powder, mix evenly and keep aside.
  • Heat the pan with a little cooking oil.
  • Place paratha on the hot pan and add the egg mixture on the middle of paratha.
  • Put a slice of cheese on top of the egg mixture.
  • Then, fold paratha into a square shape.
  • Flip and cook evenly until golden brown.
