INGREDIENTS

  • Kart’s Paratha 1 piece
  • Marina Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
  • Holland Onion 15g
  • Red Chilli 12g
  • Lime Juice 2g
  • Salt 1g

METHOD:

  • In a bowl, mix Marina Sardines, onion, chilli, salt together with lime juice. Keep aside.
  • Cut paratha into 8 small square pieces. Place the cut paratha on tart mould, prick the base of paratha by using a fork.
  • Bake the cut paratha in a preheat oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • Add the prepared filling on top of baked paratha shell.
