INGREDIENTS

  • Kart's Roti Canai 3 pieces
  • Garlic (Finely Chopped) 15g
  • Onion (Sliced) 30g
  • Bird Eye Chilli (Chopped) 5g
  • Curry Leaves 5g
  • Sawi 50g
  • Seri Murni Eggs 2
  • Chilli Paste 50g
  • Soy Sauce 5g
  • Salt 2g
  • Lime (Garnish)
  • Seri Murni Cooking Oil (As needed)
  • Water (Optional)

METHOD:

  • Pan fry roti canai as per packaging instruction, cut into small pieces, and keep aside.
  • Heat up oil. Add in garlic and onion, cook until golden brown.
  • Add in chilli paste, soy sauce and salt. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add in sawi, curry leaves, and bird eye chilli. Add in water if too dry. Cook until the vegetables are par-cooked.
  • Add in roti canai and mix well.
  • Add in beaten egg and give a quick stir. Turn off the heat and garnish with lime.
